Fiocco is an app designed to help you remember important occasions and organize gift ideas for the people you care about. This notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding it.

To make Fiocco work, we only collect the data we need:

• Account data (e.g. email address, if you choose to create one).
• The people, occasions and gift ideas you add to the app.
• Minimal technical data (device type, app version) for diagnostics.

We use the data we collect solely to make the app work: showing you your people and their occasions, saving gift ideas, and letting you export your list. We don't use your data for any other purpose.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, the associated data is removed from our systems within a reasonable time, except where required by law.

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, including encryption in transit and at rest.

We don't sell your personal data. We share data with third-party providers only when strictly necessary to run the service (e.g. hosting, transactional emails), always in compliance with applicable law.
